1. The Roots - 'Rising Down'

The Roots lead the pack with their latest effort. Rising Down was the highest selling rap album of the week, having debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with a solid 54,000 units. Their last album, Game Theory, entered the chart at No.9 with 61,000.
2. Rick Ross - 'Trilla'

Rick Ross' Trilla holds down the No.2 spot on the Top Rap Albums chart. Trilla moved 18,000 copies this week.
3. Lil Mama - 'Voice Of The Young People'

Despite the popularity of "Lip Gloss," Lil Mama only manages a 19,000 first week showing. Her debut, Voice of the Young People entered the Top 200 Albums Chart at No.25.
4. Trina - 'Still Da Baddest'

After 5 weeks on the chart, Trina's latest takes the No.4 spot this week. Still da Baddest features smash singles like "Single Again" and "I Got Thang for You."
6. Flo Rida - 'Mail on Sunday'
Newcomer Flo Rida posted 12,800 copies of his debut CD, Mail on Sunday, to take the No.6 spot.
7. Shawty Lo - 'Units In The City'
Units in the City, the 2nd oldest title on the Top Rap Album chart (10 weeks) takes the No.7 position this week.8. Prodigy - 'H.N.I.C. Pt. 2'
