1. The Roots - 'Rising Down'
The Roots lead the pack with their latest effort. Rising Down was the highest selling rap album of the week, having debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 with a solid 54,000 units. Their last album, Game Theory, entered the chart at No.9 with 61,000.
2. Rick Ross - 'Trilla'
Rick Ross' Trilla holds down the No.2 spot on the Top Rap Albums chart. Trilla moved 18,000 copies this week.
5. Snoop Dogg - 'Ego Trippin''
Snoop's Ego Trippin'' drops to the 5th position this week.
7. Shawty Lo - 'Units In The City'
Units in the City, the 2nd oldest title on the Top Rap Album chart (10 weeks) takes the No.7 position this week.8. Prodigy - 'H.N.I.C. Pt. 2'
Prodigy's second installment in the H.N.I.C. series coasts to the No.8 position this week.
9. Lupe Fiasco - 'Lupe Fiasco's The Cool'
The bad news is that The Cool is only No.9 this week. The good news? It's been certified gold for sales exceeding 500,000 units.
